Data drives educational reforms, and testing & assessment changes the future of talent selectioin!

With the rapid development and iteration of the Internet, Big Data and artificial intelligence, as well as the deep penetration and broad integration of these new technologies into education and profession, radical changes are taking place in education & learning, talent assessment, and employment and career development; the patterns of talent assessment and selection, education and cultivation and career development are undergoing unprecedented and deep-going reforms.

To learn and exchange ideas about the latest theoretical studies, practical applications and data research of talent testing & assessment at home and abroad, share and discuss the trend of educational assessment, talent testing & assessment and career development in our country under the present technological, social and economic situation, ATA and Nanjing University will jointly hold “Talent Assessment and Data - The 11th International Conference on Testing Methodologies and Technologies” in Nanjing University on December 16, 2016.
